Steering bearings sizes
 

Hi all!

Clearly many of you have renewed your steering bearings already. I was wondering if anyone ever measured up the sizes of them?
I ask this because i have a complete suspension upgrade coming up on my tenere and will build in a WP 4860 front fork from a KTM SX-F, mounted with a KTM 950 Adventure tri-clamp set. The OTR tri-clamps are nice, but in my opinion, quite expensive, when there are other -just as adequate- solutions available. Besides, building something myself gives me much more satisfaction than using only custom-fit materials.

Of course i could take it all apart and then measure, but if anyone knows the sizes of the original bearings, i could already prepare something on beforehand.

Upper: I/D 25mm x O/D 47mm x W 15mm

Lower: I/D 30mm x O/D 55mm x W 17mm
