       I did mine by using a small cutting disc on a dremel and cut a grove in it. Ref the slot the other guy mentioned to knock it out - mine did not have one. I cursed the Yamaha designer for this as other bikes I've worked on have had the slot cut into the frame (but not all of them) .
        Must be the same guy that set the standard for attaching things - always make sure there is a least three bolts all with their own washer ........ and spacer that falls out into the darkest corner of the garage! |
