Spot and Fog Light
Hi all,
A question for the electrical guru's out there, I have done a bit of searching through the threads but can't find anything that answers my question. I have 2 10 watt LED lights 1 spot and 1 fog, I want to run the fog with the dipped beam and the spot with the high beam. I have the dipped and high beam wired so that both stay on when on high. Can I simply tap into the feed from each of the bikes lights and use a common ground for the aux lights? Hopefully this will make sense to someone :icon_question: Cheers Paul |

There are many ways to skin a cat though! A lot depends on how fussy you are about things? Do you intend fitting any switches to the auxilliary lights so they can be isolated/turned off? |
Hi Pleiades (bloody hell that's hard to spell :icon_joker:)
Thanks for the reply, I was thinking of running wiring and relays from the battery, in all honesty I was just looking for an easy way out :) I do intend to switch them as I believe it's a legal requirement here in Victoria. I think I can use a 3 pole toggle switch to have fog on, both on or all off. Would that be possible? |
