       rubbers

        hi all ,
somewhere round end summer last year I switched to a wider sprocket and chain set from DID (you can find it at OTR) few months ago I took the wheel out to check on the rubbers cause I have been replacing them quite alot , strange enough no sign of wear can be found , today I opened the wheel again , and still no sign of wear on the rubbers , even the middle rubber connector are still completely intact ... I did not modify the wheel or bearing , just a change on the chain and sprockets ... , so running a wider setup could relief the stress on the rubbers???? http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8273/8...2668d3f2_o.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8258/8...be8e43d2_o.jpg |

Interesting. OE chain is 520, so what size was the one you fitted?

Im thinking about the same chain. Had mine snap on me whilst speeding. Very frightening experience. What sprocket sizes did you get
