Have ordered a diagnostic tool from OTR.

Is it possible to adjust the air/fuel ratio with this tool...?

If not, I assume it can it be used to monitor the change in air inlet temperature when using the Kev Fuel Mod.

I think the base temp is 20C. What temp are people adjusting the perceived temperature to, with the fuel mod, to get the best results...?

No. Only the CO value can be adjusted.

Yes

The AIT sensor measures air inlet temperature, whatever that happens to be - it is a variable. It only reverts to a fixed value of 20C when there is a fault detected with the AIT sensor; a code 22 will flash on the engine warning light if this happens.

I just adjusted mine until the motor performed best, which happens to be (with my setup) around the 6 o'clock mark. I haven't actually investigated what AIT temperatures are being read by the ECU in this position. I'll have a look for you when I get the chance...
