Hi all, I'm collecting my new tenere on Sunday. Already got a TTR 250 and a Tiger 1050, but wanted something in between for long distance green lanes, and hopefully a big adventure in a couple of years.

Enjoy the Tenere - it'll be an ideal bike in your neck of the woods, you'll be able to exploit all its advantages. I used to live at the other end of the A169 in Sleights many moons ago, but had a 1975 KH500 at the time so could only exploit the tarmac! ;)

Keep an eye out for details of meets up in the Dales as I like to go up there when I can, camping and for a few beers:campfire:. The BEST Tenere countryside around.:coolsmiley:

Cheers steve, will keep an eye out for rides. I'm often over that way on the ttr, just sick of dragging it over on the trailer, hence the TENERE !
