GlobeScout panniers

Anyone ever heard of this luggage maker?
I'm impressed with the pictures and the price is also cheaper than similar setups, such as the SW-Motech Trax.

Really like the look of the globescout panniers and topbox thinking of either getting those or some Ard cases in a couple of months, though i did message globescout about the top case about a week ago and not heard anything back from them yet..
