Hi All, does anyone know where can I get this part?

Google showed me here: http://www.cmsnl.com/products/blower-assy_11de240500/

Im just curious as to whether is any other alternative place that I could get this from as they might use this part at other bikes perhaps?

Mine got spoiled and my 7.5 fuse keeps on tripping. Been using this bike for almost 3 years and this came up..:cry[1]:

Perhaps you could be a little more specific with your problem ??

The part number is for a XTZ radiator fan. 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 XTX & XTR run the same fan as the XTZ. The older fans will more than likely fit, I know they improved the bearing seals with the latest part number.

Or you could match up one of these fans, I currently run double fans on my 990 SMR & have had a Spal on for 20 months with no problems.

Yamaha part number is common to all the bikes on the top right of this page...

Yes my fuse keeps blowing. Upon inspection, I found out that the fan blade actually got stuck. I'm still puzzled as to how this came about. Any kind of river crossing shouldn't cause it to be stuck now does it?

Months ago, I was riding and suddenly the meter went bezerk and the bike would then die off.

So I changed the Rectifier: 4XY-81960-00 plus the battery.

Everything went well for a few months and the same problem happened again now. Apart from the fan blade getting stuck, I notice now that the connector to the rectifier now is not water proof. Upon taking it apart there was water in the rectifier. (surely I don't have to change the whole wiring harness because of this now do I?)

Kev, yes its the fan. I'll probably order the same OEM part. Just wondering whether is there any other alternative websites besides AJ Sutton. I did order from there once, found that its kinda pricey.

This part is kinda not used in other Yamaha vehicles when I check. Anyway, is AJ Sutton the only place to order OEM Yamaha Tenere Parts? I did google up but found that they seem to be the only one carrying extensive parts for Tenere XT660Z.

Pics.

I'll try to get some photos of the damage that happened to the connector if possible. Currently bike is at the workshop.
