After my right foot operation I am going be on house arrests for 3 months!

Since I can't put any weight on my right foot for 12 weeks, the physiotherapists let me hire this clever scooter that I can use indoors instead of crutches, it works a treat and it really makes it an easy job getting around the house (which luckily is a ground floor maisonette with no stairs) instead of hopping on crutches which can be wobbly and require a bit of effort keeping your bad leg bent behind you and hopping on one foot. Technology is a great thing!

Kev, it's got a rear disc brake! on such a tiny scooter, haha. Definately needs pimping. I'm thinking off road tyres, night lights to see where I'm going in my hallway and definately a bicycle bell on it or even an air horne!:toot:

Excellent device!!!! After my big one I spent months in a wheelchair and then on crutches, I would have killed to have one of these mean machines for a year ish while I got able to walk again........good luck mate xxxx
