Clicking sound

Question,

I hear a clicking noise when I turn and releasing the throttle handle.... Is this normal? Is it because of the electric injection? Its really annoying even if its barely hearable....
But should I even hear it? Or is there something wrong? Or could it be something else?

Thanx for your help mates! :)

Frayed cable maybe? If a thread is sticking out it might scratch along the outer sheath?
Or is it a switch like sound? Coming from?

its more like a relay clicking sound....

There is a TPS 'Throttle Position Sensor' on the injection body, maybe that is making the noise. Not easy to find it unless you take the tank off.

Ok, but is it normal to hear that clicking sound?

Its time soon to leave my bike on service so I will ask them to listen for it.... But I really dont like to hear it when I drive, because it feels like that sound should not be there! :/

Nope can't say I've noticed a clicking sound so its worth mentioning it.

Bikes can mess with your mind. I have 27k on mine now and I've started to imagine a roughness in the engine. Not sure if it is or not but now I ride along trying to feel it!

Sounds like the clean air system that opens and closes to let air into the exhaust to keep the Cat up to temperature.
