tacomodo 21-06-12 18:07

5 years in Norway :)
then again, we probably paid twice as much too...

RafaelMartins 22-06-12 00:43

1 year in Brazil, and we pay 3x as much you guys!

tacomodo 24-06-12 00:03

Out of interest, how much did you pay for your bikes?
Googling "120000 nok to eur" gives me 16.000 euros that I paid for mine, inlc. side panniers

RafaelMartins 24-06-12 03:02

I paid around 12.000 euros here in Brazil, without any acessory. It's a lot of money for a bike! hehehe

Pleiades 24-06-12 08:18

Currently the basic XTZ is listed in the UK at 8,700 euro (7000). Interestingly the list price at launch here in 2008 was 6,000 euro (4800), which is quite a rise in 4 years!

Billrage99 24-06-12 08:28

I payed about 6400 euro. A brand new 09 model earlier this year. 5 years warranty over here in Sweden.

thebiker 24-06-12 18:43

My 6 month old 2011 model was 5400 inc metal mule panniers, MM sump guard, heated grips, Garmin Zumo 550, Scottoiler, and screen extension.

Asked about the warranty question as I normally do all my own servicing and was wondering how much longer I have to be ripped off by the main dealer til I can do my own thing. So after May next year its all mine to fiddle with.:blob9:

redbikejohn 24-06-12 23:21

i paid 5400 (with panniers) back in Sept 2010 but i did do a lot of phoning arround only to get the best deal in my hometown - Brian Grey in high wycombe - er that's the UK for you guys overseas....
the list price at the time was 6900 and some shops were trying to sell them at that price.

dallas 25-06-12 04:23

I had a 3-year warranty(2 from Yamaha and 1 from my dealer) and paid 7999,- euro's in june '08.
