Front brake calliper...help please
 

Heya guys, once again im in need of help.
Whilst changing my front brake pads i managed to push the pistone into the calliper all was fine until I pulled the brake lever and brake fluid pissed out.

So ive been told that I need to replace the seals and all should be ok.
Ive called the dealer (fowlers) up and they are saying that yamaha dont provide seals, only a whole new calliper for �200.
Ive looked on all the usual sites (wemoto) and can only see them providing the seals for the rear calliper.
Can someone tell me if this is true or not? Or if there is an alternative?
Dont really have �200 to spend as I'm meant to be ordering a russian visa this month....

Firstly, what do you expect, they don't call them "Fowlups" for nothing? :D

That said, I can't find it on Suttons online microfiche either, so in this case it's probably Yamaha being unhelpful.


As I believe Fowlups are also a KTM franchise, go back and tell them you want the following KTM part.

Should be about �8. Same Brembo caliper used on most KTMs as on the Tenere.
