XT660com in Tuscany...

Dear All, I am not sure where this should be posted so please move it as you know best!!

I intend to start a new activity here in Italy as I have lived in Roma for the past 20 years, I took my trusty ol' CBR1000 and headed south and got as far as Roma, but that's another story. For the last several years I have worked part time with a Race School called Run x Fun ( www.runxfun.it) and got loads of mates and contacts so my new activity will involve them. It will also involve Yamaha as I am also mates with the biggest dealer in this area if not Europe, he has a warehouse with about 800 new bikes in stock and they do off-road courses with a certain Tony Carioli 5 times World MX Champion.....

I will offer a service to overseas visitors to visit Italy and I am based in Roma with a minibus and a great hotel in Pienza, and amongst the bikes I will offer for rental are a blue XT660X and an MT03 plus an XJR1300 as well as a Super Ten 1200 when I get some dosh, and the XT660X is of course stickered and modified by you guys!!!!

So er thanks and let me know if you fancy Tuscany and the surrounding areas, so factory visits to Ducati and or Bimota or Ferrari and whatever else you fancy.....

Ciao Simon

Simon

Ive alreayd booked my summer holiday to italy and am using another hire company in the north. But what i found was its very hard to either find prices, restrictions (must be over 21 years old, 25 etc) an proper address as where to go to get the bikes etc etc.

But the main thing was we found it quite expensive to hire per week for the bigger bikes and it only really came affordable for us to hire a 600cc or smaller until we looked a bit more in depth and found one compmany who hire a larger bike as a good price.

So for others on here what would the prices be per wk or have you a link to your website?

Hehe good comment re DucAudi CaptMoto!!!!

Maxwell I dont have prices yet BUT I have the bikes!!! I have my blue XT660X with the mods and I also have my XJR1300 too. I am talking with a very large local dealer to get an MT03 and a 1200 Super Ten too. I also have an Audi A4 Cabrio. Email me if you want my help as I already have some bookings hehe xxx
