Hi Guys

Been surfing the net, and found you guys. Just bought an 09 tenere - still got my 88 tenere though. I had an operation to have it surgically removed, however my body rejected the operation. Looks like I'm getting buried with the old bike.

So, what are the new teneres like??

Welcome to the forum. The Tenere is one of the best bikes I have owned and can see me keeping it for a long while. There are many voices on this forum who would agree. You have come to the correct place for opinions and information. It's helped me a good few times now.

Very nice. I'd post piccies of my old XTs (250 and 600), but the only ones I've got are pre-digital photography. Might scan them one day.
