fuel guage gone?
 

hey guys

was out on the bike the last couple days. its a 2007 xt660x. and noticed that there was no fuel guage on the display.....

has it stopped working or am i going crazy and it never had one? ive been ridin this bike for 6 months now and i honestly dont know lol im sure it had fuel bars on the screen before

my last bike, a z1000, had a similar dash with a guage, maybe i am thinking of that?

but there is a empty space on the left of my screen where a guage would easily fit, which is where i think it used to be... lol

Er well hehe it has not got one.......the only system is to zero the trip when you fill up and then ride until the orange fuel light comes. Then you have USED 10L and you have another 5L. I get 200km to reserve and then I have another 100km till I run out. OK??

It looks like the nice men in white coats may be coming to visit soon, they'll have one of those really comfy jackets that fastens at the back, and then they'll take you for a nice ride in the minibus

There is no fuel gauge on the x and r my friend, only on the z.
