Tenere brake perch query
 

Hi, can someone confirm if the 2011 tenere 660 brake perch is the same size and type as the 08/09/10 year perches, its just that i bought a asv lever part no asv brc541 sk which is for a yamaha fjr 1300 04/08 but should fit straight on to the existing tenere perch but is 5mm to thick to fit in to the perch on my bike.

I can't answer your question specifically, only I can assume that all years are the same? However, what I do know is that forum member AussieMasada has a pair of ASV levers fitted to his XTZ, try sending him a PM/email regarding fitting (and so does JMo).

Hi, looks like the dealer has put a honda cbr asv brake lever in a yamaha fjr box, thats why it does,nt fit, right box , wrong lever, it always happens to me!
