30psi front and rear works great for me on my Ten.

I've always run as per the owners manual - 31 psi front and 33 rear I think - check!
Not messed with the pressures so can't comment on the 'best' pressure for these particular tyres. I'm combining off road/on road every ride so dont want to be changing the pressures a lot depending on what surface i'm on at the time.
Think Jmo did mention dropping down to something around 25 at some point but maybe that was for an extended run on a particular type of surface.

That would be a guideline for Michelin Siracs and Metzeler Tourances, the tires listed in that owners manual... If you want to ride "by the book", look into owner manuals of similar bikes that come with TKC80 as default tires, or see if Continental has any information on the pressure they recommend for TKC's on similar bikes or for Tenere - they are the manufacturer of that particular tire - so they know best... I also found out that running a bit lower than recommended works better for me, specially offroad.

I have played with pressures and naturally what works for me will no doubt be different for others due to riding styles, terrain and body weight etc.

I have 29psi in the front and 27 rear cold. this, as I said, is my preffered pressures but you must not be affraid to play and find out for yourself what works.

Good luck.

I run the TKC's at about 26psi: a compromise setting that works good enough on and off road. I do like to take the unpaved shortcut/alternative on my way to the office / home.
