I'd love to fit a mtc can to mine but I just don't like the fact that no one sticks to the original line of the bike. The can sits at an odd angle. Been thinking of making my own link pipe and on of their cans.

OTR do a stubby can, but you'll look at the wrong side of �800 (ish?) for it.

The trouble is you need the space inside the can , and the only way that will happen is if someone makes a 'Tenere specific' can that fits under the seat. And there isn't the market for that.

Tenere Doug did a chop on his Akra's, had a mate convert his link pipe to a single, it's a nice job and the Akra is a short stubby can. No idea if there is any performance uplift.

Stoic bloke took a KLR(???) can, I could be wrong, but he'll correct me I'm sure, and adjusted the link pipe to fit. The can he used has a bend in it so it fits the lines really nicely, and sound's good too.

There are options, but it's parallax thinking that will give a solution to most problem - or wait until someone else has and buy or copy it :019:
