       Mefo Stonemaster

Has anyone tried the Mefo Stonemaster rear tyre ? I was thinking about trying these instead of Mitas C02.

hi, i did a trailriding trip in the south of france recently and quite a few of the lads on the ktm 690's were using them, pretty good offroad, wore pretty well, though apparently not so good on wet roads. i guess thats why most of them arrived in vans.
I was on a mich desert rear which had seen better days and I switched to a enduro comp 3 for the final 3 days to keep up [no mefo's available]. I would have no problems using the mefo's, though not for general road duties. did i mention we were camping as well! http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z...ailride224.jpg http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z...ailride159.jpg http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z...ailride273.jpg |

Obviously no good on wet Tarmac but running C02s means you're up for a laugh anyway.
