OTR LED tail light mod - anyone got this?
Hi guys was wondering if anyone was using the tail light mod from OTR?
Wanted to ask if its easy to install etc and will it fit with the akrapovic cans? (xtx 2008) http://www.off-the-road.de/XT-660/Bo...unpainted.html The standard tail light looks "stupid" compared to the one from OTR http://www.xt660.com/gallery/display...p?imageid=1951 Please help :) Edit: found this http://www.xt660.com/showthread.php?...l+light+mod%2A but cant watch the pics for some reason.. only the first one. |
I have not heard of many guys using them, they not cheap.

Hmm, Fitted the new tail light mod from OTR which took quite abit of time.. (ALOT of drilling and wiring)
Quote from OTR: "No more sawing, bending, drilling - everything is delivered ready to mount" <-- this, is one big lie Even tho it took longer than expected i love the new look of my xt. http://img810.imageshack.us/img810/8...61600x1200.jpg Still need to drill 2 holes in plate holder.. so its not fitted yet. Just one problem with the indicators http://www.off-the-road.de/XT-660/El...html?&cnid=755 fitted http://www.off-the-road.de/Other-bik...?&cnid=cat_624 but its still blinking/flashing like crazy.. any solution to this? or will i need this to fix it? http://www.off-the-road.de/XT-660/El...er-relais.html Thanks for reading :) |
