I have the Yamaha gaurds on my Tenere and no probs with them. Fitting risers on the bars actually put the bars farther away from the screen because it comes in line wit the the cut in bit on the screen and looks better. Well I know what I mean anyway. lol:pjrlaugh_61OD3G:

Got BBs on my XTZ and they fit fine even with a metal Mule screen rather than standard. Have noticed an increase in the vibes over the standard weights perhaps I'm just sensitive to it worst when the tank's full, settling to smooth at nearly empty and back to vibey at empty (go figure). Planning to take them off and put the stock weights on for a tank full to see if it's something else. If that cures it I'll drill and tap the stock weights and fix the barkbusters to them instead.

Full tank, vibes really bad at 4k rpm? It's just the way it is.

Yup it's funny, when the tanks full it's happy (smoother) at lower revs, when empty it's smoother at higher revs. That's character for ya.
