Wiring thoughts..

I have now fitted my H&B engine bars and will mount these onto them.

Not being much of a sparky, can some kind soul offer advice on how best and safest to wire them in to the Ten's loom. I figure an auxillary switch is best?

Who's already done it?

Thx..

I recently installed some BikeVis LED lights. From looking through other aux light posts, I found that Darren (Gas_Up_Lets_go) made wiring kits with a switch, he also made the mounting brackets for me. Extremely helpful and installation was very quick and easy with the instructions provided. PM him for more detail.
Here are the ones that I fitted to my Ten.

OK, Thanks. I'll check with GULG..

You'll need switch, inline fuse and a relay to connect everything up (with LEDs you could connect directly to the lighting circuit), but I'd go for a separate circuit.

Splice into the tail lamp supply under the seat for the relay trigger, main switched supply direct of battery (fused), relay goes under seat and switch on bars...

Here's a diagram that might help?

If you don't fancy having a go there are plenty of people who do made up looms like Adventure Spec and GULG...

...or (as your not too far from me) I'll could give you a hand to make a custom loom on your bike?

Thank you Pleiades.

I'll try and get hold of GULG for one of his, failing that I'll have a go..

Cheers.
