BYE Tenere helmet

Hi,
has anybody seen, tried, tested one of these yet? Look great and half decent price but not read anything about them. Not a name that keeps creeping up.

I am sure someone bought one a year ago or so... can't remember who though.

Yep i bought one a few months ago. Paid 160 from a Yamaha dealer.

Pros:

Great looking helmet in tenere colours
Wide face opening for great vision
Small peak which doesnt catch much wind at motorway speeds.
Not too much wind noise.
Warm helmet for an mx style.
Comfy

Cons:
My helmet has a small vibration of the peak at 70+. I think i can cure it by removing and adjusting the peak fitting.

Hope this helps.

Yes, i bought mine for 196 EUR in Austria.
Design fits perfectly to my white Tenere. Not as comfortable as my previous helmets, but it's also my first MX helmet. Very good view from inside and not as loud as i expected it to be.
I used to wear helmets with size 62 or XXL, but this one is rather big, like real XXXL. If you're planning on buying one try one size smaller than usual. I'm always wearing a cotton cap underneath it.
What sucks is this f** D-ring helmet lock. I am not able to fiddle it in once i've got my gloves on - which somehow happens most of the time.

The same but different!!

I've just bought 1 of these based partly on a recomend by jasext.

Great summer lid, very breezy, very light, great quick release fastener and imo, very comfortable.
Bit on the noisy side and the visor seems to catch and reflect lights if you ride in the dark.

Half the price too??
