Hyperpo springs on XTX
 

Hey there to everyone. I have an XTX 07 with 37700 km on the clock. I'm thinking of changing my suspensions and go for the hyperpro springs (both front and rear) when I'm at 40000km. The problem is that the stock suspension (I mean the rear shock) is 4 years old having ridden about 40000km. So, if I change only the springs will there be an upgrade in the behavior of the bike or should I go for the whole rear shock, which is priced a lot more money?
Any opinion would be gladly read. Thank you!

Progressive front springs completely changed my 09 XTX front end so much I want to do my rear now. I would change the fork oil at that mileage when you do the springs.

As for the rear shock I have not experienced a XTX at 40 K & would expect some ware & tear in the rear shock.
