i dont know about anyone else but i think it was time to replace some parts....everyday i was adjusting chain and after cutting 2 links out enough was enough and out come the credit card...new 15 tooth front sprocket, 520 HD 'O' ring chain, and new 47 tooth rear sprocket from KEV yet to fit...

i didnt know chains bend that far lol

how many miles has the chain done??

Kev 12-12-10 07:57

Lucky the chain never broke, your bike will feel silky smooth after the new chain & sprockets go on.

Good quality chain is a must :)
Say ... anyone play with changing sprockets on the XTX? On my bike now, I'm +2 up on the rear and the acceleration improvement is noticeable ;)
