JE Pistons 103mm bore- no more 11:1
 

I have an mail for JE, confirming that only the 12.5:1 piston is available now,in 103mm...... some dealers may have some old stock 11:1, 103mm. The lower 10:1(?) is also unavailable.

Buy a CP piston.

102mm bore is much more popular as well so go with it instead...

the CP piston will sit about .045 thou 1.14 mm higher in the cylinder


most stock 700 pistons site .065 thou down the Je sits .060 and the CP sits .015 is 3.65 cc

better compression , better squish area and more torque/hp
the CP piston also has Longer shirt length very close if not identical to what the stock piston skirt length is

Most SHELF CP pistons will clear +2 mm oversized valves and Big camshaft around .500 thou lift////... The Je will hit on small cams with +1 valves in most cases
