Like I say, I have one on my bike and it runs like an absolute dream, very keen to see what the dyno results are like though as thats a true tell tale sign of how it runs.

Also very keen to see what Dynojets solution is.

It was tested on Monday on the dyno, I could fully map my 09 XTX with an 11 ECU with the O2 still connected. I did 140 miles today & it felt great, no surging at all.

So I can now say we have a mod that can turn off the O2 sensor that stops these XT's from surging, 2 years of hard work.

I have changed the design 5 times over this past month making the mod smaller & smaller. I am waiting for some more sensors to arrive from over seas before I decide on which version I release. I hope to have this mod made up with only 2 wires for easy fitment which will connect directly to the cooling system with coolant running through it, there will be no connection to O2 sensor or wiring for the O2 sensor.

So hopefully by this time next month I can say who wants one.

It's nice to see the dyno runs proving it works though. Was a little concerned about it retarding the ignition timing because of it but by the looks of it, it hasn't.

Some good work going on here all around!

Also, personally, I'd love this bike to rev higher, feels like im riding a diesel sometimes with the low limit.

If I had a spare ECU and the time I'd probably look into it a little more, still probably way out of my league but if there was an ECU cheap and circuit diagrams it'd certainly make an interesting project for someone.

I don't understand the lack of interest most people on the forum have had a moan about the surging and when a mod comes out to cure it nobody wants one
