Im also sold on the tarp games now, but still not sure i would need as big a one as steved/gulg's one. Im thinking more on the simple square 3*3m or something on those lines, not sure yet.

The Tarp I have has a coverage of about 3 x 3 Meters.......

You can go for the simple sheets, but you'll want to upgrade soon, and you can always fold it in half if you don't want the same area covered.

hi was in decatalon last week [near ikea, belfast] and am quite sure i seen the tarps you are describing for �20 , poles ropes bag etc which seems pretty good value
dunno why i did not get one as between bikes ,camping etc they have plenty of uses

Cheers GULG, thought your tarp looked alot bigger when it was up than 3m *3m. Will probably just get one of those then at �20 odd.
