Removal & Sale of Yam Panniers/Rails - Help!

Morning all. I need some tech help on removing the Yamaha pannier support rails on my Tenere. I can just about manage the panniers! I need help with the rails. Can anyone advise a mechanical numpty how to proceed? When I remove the bolts, do the same bolts go back from where they came, or are they specific to the rails and different (shorter?) ones should replace them?

Once off, I have a set of panniers and rails for sale. Excellent condition and going cheap - say 200 all in! Only problem is they are in Germany, so they'd either have to a) be collected (ride here for a break, stay with us free for a night or two), fix them on and ride away or b) prospective purchaser to look into shipping costs or c) commit to buying them and I'll drop them off the next time I'm over in the UK with me van.

They should stay with the rails,

I think, from memory, which is a little flaky at the mo. :sad3:

Thought that might be the case. Of course, typically, I got no other bolts with the bike. Hope some general ones will do!
