Where to put a power commander?

Before I get the sticky tape and tie wraps out, thought I'd ask the collective, where have you fixed the unit (not the wires).

Stuck to the front of the battery is looking fave at the mo, unless there's a better place.

Hi,

Isn't Power Commander, but I think it's more or less the same dimensions.

I put it here.

Ciao.

Keen to hear this as thinking of the same mod..

Also.... What else needs doing when fitting a Pcv? Anything with the AIS system or the sensor in the header pipe?

Running standard pipes.. Thinking for a DNA filter.. :smilies0942:

I have a spyball alarm system at that spot.
So the only thing i could do, is to relocate the tools to the underside of the seat.
Then put the commander at the spot where the tools were.

there is plenty of room under the bunch of cables and connectors on the RHS behind the battery.

just unplug everything, take everything out and you will see that you can easily "hide" something there, putting back the cables is an exercize put it's possible.

I have a 10x8x3cm (approx) box there.

You need to block the AIS when getting it set up you can unblock it after.

The PCV electrical connections fit inline with the Fuel injector (easy) and the throttle position sensor (bit fiddley as it's behind the frame), and a neg connection to the battery.
