Thanks a lot Dallas! I also have German, French, English, Spanish and Dutch. However I'm looking for a PDF version. I want to copy it to my phone and always take with me - paper version is just an additional weight to carry ;)

What other manual? We only have the official Yamaha repair manual and a parts manual if you are talking about the paper booklet which you get with the bike we haven't got that one.

Oh come on! - stop being a computer nerd - I bet you've got an iPhone haven't you?! xxx

The user manual takes up no space and no weight (the bike weighs 185Kg for goodness sake!) under the seat - for the time/s you'd have to refer to it, just stick it in the rubber strap under the seat (I put mine in a plastic bag to keep it dry, just incase).

Of course if your phone would accept the pdf of the workshop manual, that would be a good idea (along with the parts fiche too), as you could walk into a dealer and ask for the specific parts. Also, the workshop manual has all the important (specification) data in that you get with the user manual, just none of the 'always wear a helmet' crap that user manuals also get cluttered with...

If your phone app allows a pdf of that size, that is what I would do (I had both the workshop manual and parts pdf in my Netbook in the USA - hark at me the computer geek myself!) but to be honest, found they weren't necessary... I'd already listed the consumable part numbers (brake pads, sprokets etc) on a list of paper that I kept with me.

for anyone who does want the part number of the User manual (that lives in the recess under the seat): 11D-F8199-E0 for English, and replace the E in the last section with the following for different languages:

G = German
D = Dutch
S = Spanish
P = Portuguese
F = French
H = Italian

Toot toot!

J xx

Scan the book page by page on to your PC then use Cute PDF program to convert it to a PDf file.

The only problem is that polish version of user manual actually isn't a little book.
It is printed (to be precise: copied) on A4 paper and fastened together. So it is kind of hard to carry under the seat ;) A pdf version would be nice to have on the iPhone ;)
Artur, if I can help you with copied polish user manual, please contact me (feels kind of strange to write to my countryman in English ;) You can PM me in polish - I won't mind ;)

this thread would not exist, if it would be that easy... try to find user manual for xt660z on that page. If you'll find it, please give us a hint ;)

unfortunately they don't have one on that link. But to be honest with you guys I fail to understand why do you need that silly little wishy-washy useless 23 pages book when we have the mega big f### off 460 pages one which covers everything from torque nm for every nut and bolt on the bike to full schematic of every single bit of it, including the maintenance routine, the oil to use in what quantity etc etc etc til kingdom come?

Dzięki! So maybe instead of writing in English let's meet somewhere on XTZ in Warsaw when this white :weathermanf4[1]: mess melts?
