O ring gaskets to Tappet covers
 

Hi - not overly happy with the noise coming from my top end and want to check the exhaust valve clearances just to play safe.

Can I re use the O ring gaskets to the tappet access covers or do I really nned to source new ones? On other bikes I have had the cam cover gaskets could be used again, but access is a pain and I do not want to put it all back together to find it leaking oil. I don't want to get into silicon gasket if possible.

Yes, you can.

I have had my motor apart a few times now & have re-used the O rings with no leaks.
