Throttle position error

Today i try to strart my bike but i couldn't. checked the diag mode in 01 : Throttle position the number was 66 !! i check the pc3 and the throttle position was messed up. I reset it and try to start it again but same.....
After hours of reset, check, start etc I found out that when I plug out the tps cable the Throttle position in diag mode get to 6 ! the bike starts but with out the tps cable in !! when i plug in the cable Throttle position goes to 66-68 and bike don't run as it should be . I 'm affraid that the pc3 is broken but I don't know. pls help....

*I have PC3 with maps from dynojet, Akrapovic open, DNA stage 1 and 2, 2004 model R, never changed tps settings - ECU. my bike was ok before I washed and cleaned it.

Remove the PCIII & retest the TPS readings on the dash. It may be a faulty TPS sender, I have a spare one if you need one.

pc3 removed. tps d01: 72 (closed) 111 (open) !!
ecu d61: 15 and 30
so according to error codes :
Error Number 15 : Throttle position sensor error - DIAG mode 01
Error Number 30 : The bike went down - DIAG mode 08
do i need to change the tps?
what to do to fix the error number 30?
thanks...

Code 1 : Throttle position - must be from 15-17 (closed) to 97-100 (opened)

Code 62 : Displays the number of Error Code in memory. To clear the memory, switch the Engine Run Switch to ON position (no backup).

You may try to unbolt, clean with an electrionic cleaner and readjust your TPS.
If your are lucky, it may just be dirty or got some water during your cleaning efforts.

good luck anyway, mate!

saludos,
Joe
