I have these.

Pro: cheap and good materials used.
Cons:

1. when fully expanded, the bags tend to bend toword the rear wheel. A some kind of rack is necessary.

2. the harness system used is not very well designed (doesn't really fit well, doesn't really firmly lock the bags, additional ties necessary) and the piece of material (connecting the two bags) that goes over the back seat is very slippery.

3. being 82L one would say great! 2 big topcases to shove things in... Actually, they are not so spacious...

good honest review I will keep looking

stege 13-02-10 10:33

ps. in the above pictures, the bags are not fully expanded. Having my bike in the living room ive come up with a different fixing method using only the bags straps not the material that goes to the back seat. much better. ive expanded and loaded the bags to the max and took pictures, however my cat messed with my camera cable so youll have to wait for the pictures :)

I recommend the sw-motech or bags-connection "Speedpack Wide". Fits perfectly with Ten. Also the "Cargobag" is nice, but abit smaller though....

I'm fully equipped with the hein gericke bags:

tankbag is the enduro medium ,good quality and very cheap:

I cut out the groundplate so it fits perfectly on the tenere tank.

Saddelbags are the streetline bags, also very cheap and they don't get burned by the exhaust.
I will use this setup for our Africa trip in November.:blob1:

I used a Cameron soft bag + a "custom" rack made by my dealer in about 2 hours. The bags cope with 8 days of Morocoo trip we just finished at the end of February. In the last day the fabric ruptured in the last kilometers of the trip on a very bad road. But the price was 60 Euro and change so I was very happy with the setup :)

Here are some piccies of a Giantloop soft luggage system attached to an Aussie Tenere(owned by Wilmo on ADV): looks good!!

we're the European Distributor for Giantloop. everybody seems to love it once they've taken the plunge. Give it serious consideration. It is pricey, but is bomb proof and has been built to function perfectly.
Check it out here...

We also carry the wolfman luggage, famsa tankbag for tenere and the full range of kriega products, so if you're after soft luggage we're worth a look!

I think I have the same as TS is posting. They were cheap and work great, what else do you want.
