XT660R bolts!

I have noted that the side stand and pedal assembly wobbles up and down on the two big bolts top and bottom of this.
is this normal?

No doesnt sound normal to me. I would take the bolts out, give them a clean and in the back of the pedal bracket a clean then bolt is all back up again.

I will have a look i'm at work so a bad time to see the fault.
all I know is when it went in the garage the chap span the bike on the stand i.e. lifted it over on the stand and span it round the entire BIKE on one part seems a bit much!

Ok well I take it is ok to do this then... oh and the bolts had come louse so tightened them up and all is now ok.:BaseballHat_LNY2EG:

Some mechanics do the spinning of bikes as they are short of space but its not really advicable as the stand is not really designed for that reason so may bent or snap, but i cant see how that would have loosen the bolts.

Maybe its more to do with the XT's good vibs that caused it:toothy12:
